She has built up and developed recruitment activities and recruited everything from CEO to management teams for Swedish and international companies.

Louise works with a clear focus on sustainable recruitment that creates long-term value for the business. Through close and trusting collaborations with both customers and candidates, as well as integrated work with emotional intelligence in assessments and coaching, she ensures accurate and qualitative processes.

Arne Dahlberg

Consultant

Arne Dahlberg has a broad and solid background in HR and organizational development from large, complex operations. As HR director at Coca-Cola, he worked closely with management and business with issues related to leadership, culture and organizational development in international environments.

In recent years, Arne has worked as a senior HR consultant and supported organizations in several industries in change work, leadership development and recruitment. His experience provides a clear overall perspective on how structure, culture and leadership work together in practice.

Anne-Lie Lind

Senior Advisor

Anne-Lie Lind has over 25 years of international experience from leading roles in industry, logistics and technology-intensive businesses. She has been CEO, vice president and business area manager in global companies such as Tamro, Camfil Power Systems and SKF, where she led organizations through growth, restructuring and operational improvement programs.

In addition to operational roles, Anne-Lie has board experience from industry, logistics, technology and retail, both as chairman and member. In recruitment, she contributes a business and implementation perspective and identifies leaders who can create results in complex and changing activities.
